  1. Registrants hereby certify by completing the registration process that all information submitted is truthful and accurate. The registrants understand that falsification of any information provided will disqualify them from participation in INTERNATIONAL YOUTH FEST and activities and falsification of information or impersonation may result in legal actions.
  2. Participants agree that all materials produced for this program will be original work. Plagiarism will not be tolerated at INTERNATIONAL YOUTH FEST, and should the Committee discover instances of plagiarism, the individual will be disqualified from the program without refund.
  3. Participants must be aware that sexual harassment is highly condemned in this program. The possession of illegal drugs and weapons is also prohibited. Should the participants fail to abide by this regulation, the respective participants will be disqualified from the program.
  4. Participants understand that only participants who meet the winning requirements will get the rewards.
  5. The USA Grand Prize winners from Indonesia will get a round-trip plane ticket worth Indonesian Rupiah 20.000.000 and a visa fee worth Indonesian Rupiah 2,500,000. For Indonesian participants, we will also help manage the visa application.
  6. The USA Grand Prize winners from outside Indonesia will get a round-trip plane ticket worth Indonesian Rupiah 20.000.000 (Kindly convert it to the currency of your country). For information about visa application, please contact the Embassy of the United States of America in your country.
  7. The USA Grand Prize winners that cannot go to the USA, you will get money with total of Indonesian Rupiah 13.000.000 (Kindly convert it to the currency of your country).
  8. Fully-Funded South Korea Grand Prize winner will get free access to the leadership trip to South Korea, flight ticket and visa expenses are winner responsibility.
  9. Fully-Funded South Korea Grand Prize winners that cannot go to the South Korea, you will get money with total of Indonesian Rupiah 10.000.000 (Kindly convert it to the currency of your country).
  10. Partially-Funded South Korea Grand Prize winners will only receive expenses cover of Indonesia Rupiah arround 6.000.000 - 7.000.000 for the trip. With the rest of the trip expenses will be on the winner’s responsibility. The Flight tickets and visas are also the winner's responsibility.
  11. Partially-Funded South Korea Grand Prize winners that cannot go to the South Korea, will get money with total of Indonesian Rupiah arround 6.000.000 - 7.000.000 (Kindly convert it to the currency of your country).
  12. All fees are non-refundable in any shape or form.
  13. Participants agree to accept and abide by this Code of Conduct.
  14. International Youth Fest may update without further notice.

Participant Consent

Participants must comply with all applicable terms and conditions. Participants who register state that they have read and agree to the terms and conditions determined by INTERNATIONAL YOUTH FEST, agree that the committee's decisions that have been made now or that will be made in the future are final and cannot be contested. Participants also state that participants are ready to be disqualified if there is an error in inputting any personal-related information. The committee will not serve applications for participants who are disqualified or unable to continue the selection stage for any reason.

GRAND PRIZE WINNERS CRITERIA

  1. Total of 10 Grand Prize of Study Trip to United States of America and South Korea will be given to participants who wins in each separate categories
  2. 2 Grand Prize winners for Fully-Funded Trip to the USA will be chosen via video competition
  3. 1 Grand Prize winner for Fully-Funded Trip to the USA will be chosen based on highest score on the Quiz
  4. 1 Grand Prize winner for Fully-Funded Trip to South Korea will be chosen based on highest score on the Quiz
  5. 6 Grand Prize winners for Partially-Funded Trip to South Korea will be chosen based on highest score on the Quiz
  6. One person can only win any category once, meaning that the same person cannot win more than once in different categories

ABOUT THE QUIZ

  1. After the webinars ends on 19 February 2023, there will be a quiz to determine total of 8 winners for the grand prize via quiz
  2. The subjects of the quiz will be based on current global issues
  3. The quiz will be held simultaneously and the link will be given live during the last event on 19 February 2023
  4. The time limit to answer the quiz will be 30 minutes
  5. The answers will be thoroughly evaluated and the winners of the quiz will be announced on 27 February 2023 in our instagram @internationalglobalnetwork
  6. Rank #1 will be awarded a grand prize of fully-funded trip to the USA
  7. Rank #2 will be awarded a grand prize of fully-funded trip to South Korea
  8. Rank #3 until #8 will be awarded grand prize of partially-funded trip to South Korea
  9. Ranking will be determined from the accuracy and the speed in answering the questions
  10. Participants that filled in the quiz more than once will be automatically disqualified
  11. Potential quiz winners that are not registered in the program will be automatically disqualified (it will be checked with email address that you used to register for this program)
  12. Participants that are unable to take the quiz or to do the quiz optimally due to personal negligence (don't get the link because they don't attend the event, don't get the link because they don't pay attention to the directions from the committee, problems with the internet network or devices, etc.) are not committee’s responsibility
  13. The decision of the committee of International Youth Fest are final

ABOUT THE PUBLIC SPEAKING VIDEO COMPETITION

  1. Total of 2 Grand Prize of Study Trip to United States of America will be awarded to the winners of Video Competition category.
  2. The first winner category will be chosen by how viral the post is on social media Instagram & TikTok based the number of likes, views and comments.
  3. The second winner category will be chosen by our Honorable Speakers based on creativity, originality and public speaking skill.
  4. You have to be registered and completed your payment in INTERNATIONAL YOUTH FEST or AWMUN International Virtual Conference 2023.
  5. You have to make a video with the details as follows and upload it on your public social media account (Instagram/TikTok):
    1. Take a video shoot of yourself having a speech while roleplaying as a delegate/diplomat in UN forum
    2. The topic of the speech is "The Changing Global Order: Tackling Challenges Through Harmony"
    3. Duration of the video must be 60 seconds maximum
    4. Make sure to dress up formally and also proper lighting is recommended
    5. You may edit the video to make it more interesting, but remember to not take away the main topic itself
    6. The video must be uploaded on your public Instagram or TikTok account and the video must always be visible until the event ends on 19 February 2023
    7. Tag our Instagram or TikTok account on @youthexcursion @asiaworldmun @internationalglobalnetwork on your post

  8. Only those that registered as official participants of INTERNATIONAL YOUTH FEST (or AWMUN International Virtual Conference 2023) and also submitted their posted video on the form within the deadline that meet the requirements to win the Grand Prize
