Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers through effective communication and interaction.
• Identify opportunities for upselling to converted customers to enhance retention and customer satisfaction.
• Reach monthly sales targets and contribute to overall team goals.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
• Ensure 100% compliance with established processes and reduce deviations by 95%. Set expectations that we will have many experiments/changes as part of our iterative culture to always be 1% better in all aspects.
• Provide daily feedback on what works and what doesn’t to improve the overall process in the team.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of customer service strategies and initiatives.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experience.

• Proven experience in a similar role that is sales-oriented and target-driven.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and team members.
• Proficiency in using Google Sheets/Excel, email, and remote work platforms.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, in a hybrid working environment.
• Proven level of skills to handle all objections on chat/call/offline meetings
• Understand that this role requires collaboration and following the team's direction, with proven improvement feedbacks that upgrade workflow being appreciated.

Benefits:

• Fixed monthly salary. This is negotiable depending on your proof to fulfill the KPIs. Feel free to propose.
• Commission starts from 160 USD per achieved target sales/retention
